Good morning u/rpeek522 and thank you for reaching out on our Forums page regarding your xFi app concerns. I hope you are having a wonderful week so far and am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues trying to run speed tests from the xFi app. Are you experiencing errors on any other page of your app or experiencing any other general connectivity issues? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well?
I'm also having the same issue. Just got a new gateway (XB7) and re-installed the app.
hi, @user_576443. To confirm are you doing this on our Xfinity app? Are you trying the speed test to the modem/gateway or are you doing the speed test to device? There should be 2 different options when trying a speed test on the app. I am curious though, can you try on this website https://comca.st/2QpCj8l and see if it works for you?
