I have had the same issues for the last 5 days. I use Xfinities modem- getting my own modem/wifi router at this point. I can't get support on the phone- without waiting a good hour or more- and if I do the call back option, i still have to wait when the call comes back.
My neighbors that have Xfinity have stated the same issues- NOT a good thing for those of us that are still working from home. 😞
