Port Forwarding and Advanced Security

I'm trying to set up a port forward for my little brother's Minecraft server. but no one can join. I've found the root of the problem to be that Advanced Security does not allow foreign IP's to join the server. Is there a way to disable Advanced Security on that one device?

If it's just him and his friends, it's more advisable to use a vLAN Tool like ZeroTier instead of opening up the server to the whole world.

Oh and do note that running servers is usually against ToS on residential connections. I'd recommend moving the server to a VPS provider like Vultr or Upcloud and set it up there for 10-20 USD a month, though you have full control and responsilbity towards maintaining & securing the VPS.

No. You need  to disable it all together;

It's buggy ! And there is currently no way for an end-user to be able to whitelist anything;
