I have been a loyal customer to Xfinity since they were Comcast. I pay my bill faithfully and for serveal months now my service has been very shitty! I am sick of having 30 minutes to 1 1/2 pointless phone conversations and still my service does not work properly. They have dispatch technicians out [Edited: “inflammatory”], do the same thing you did over the phone with customer service, to going outside of my home and disappearing or scheduled, but NEVER showed up! I pay over $250 dollars for service that does not work properly for them to keep removing channels and adding additional fees. I'm getting feed up and if this message does not get through to someone who can fix my issue as my service is out right now and compensate me for all [Edited: “language”] I been going through with Xfinity, I will be done with this company personally and also be disconnecting my business service with them as well.
