Internet

Internet isn’t working. Troubleshooted it, and restarted modem. Customer service isn’t available, and wait in queue online is over 300 people long.

I need WiFi to work.

What am I supposed to do??

Is the "Online" indicator light on the modem lit steadily ?

O/k. Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, for a test, does a computer hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
