can't get a steady connection to internet
There was scheduled internet maintenance last night that should have been done this morning. Now my model won't stay connected to the internet. I restart it and it connects for a few minutes, then loses connection and the lights just flash. I checked the modem logs and this keeps coming up over and over again:
Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;CM- (then it gives my mac addresses and versions).
Any idea how to fix this? I call and try to speak with someone, and I was able to chat with someone, but they were no help and just wanted to send a tech (they didn't ask me, they just did it, and they did not tell me the cost though I know there is one).
Any ideas on how to fix this issue? The xfinity wifi hotspot speeds are incredibly slow and very unsecure, I don't like using it.
