Roku/xfinity channel error

Hi! The xfinity channel was working on a roku tv and a tv with a roku with no problem but now won’t load as of Monday. When I select the channel on either tv, it cant initialize and I get the following error message - “sorry! Something went wrong. Try again later.” There was no error code just “error []”.

I have reinstalled the app, network, unplugged etc but got the same message.
Has his happened to anyone? Solutions? Thanks

Having the same exact problem. So are others. It came on and initialized last week after many days of troubleshooting and basically given up. Up and running normally until today 6/5 and now not working again. Ugh...not sure what to do now.
