I tried opening the app and it still won't let me in. App called, "Xfinity My Account". I can't pay my bill, restart my modem or even login. What's going on?

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with your Xfinity MyAccount app. I can certainly see how frustrating it would be to lose convenient and easy access to all your account needs. Have you attempted to force close the app and relaunch? Or delete the app off your device and reinstall it? Please let us know if you are still experiencing an issue.
