Can’t login

I m sending this msg from my wife s iPhone 

I had previously a app on my phone and suddenly it says I cannot login in for my protection tried to reset the apps and all the same problems 

not sure if my phone got hacked or it’s another problem 

need it done ASAP plz

If you're referring to the Xfinity Connect App for email, it was retired on April 20th, 2021, so you won't be able to log in to that one.  If you're having problems with any of the other apps, I'm not sure what to tell you there.  Have you tried rebooting your phone [turning it off and then back on]?

Hello, @Ealmeida30! Thank you for reaching out to us over our Community Forums. Often times if our customers have issues logging into our mobile apps from a mobile device, we suggest clearing the cache, and cookies from the device. You can also try removing the app, and reinstalling it. Let us know if that doesn't work, and you need more assistance.

I am unable to login on any platform. Ever since I moved locations this has been an issue. I have no way to contact support unless I call but they haven't been able to do anything. Please Help.
