Watch out for their home security!

Got xfinity 10 months ago. When I had them sign me up for home security I knew I was looking for a house. As they are not all over in the area I was looking I asked what would happen if I move somewhere that didn't have service. I was told several times if it somewhere they can't run a line to there is no cxl fees. Well I found a house and want to move...590 dollars to cxl!!! Been trying for weeks to get a manager but the Spokane manger named Trevor has never called back the xfinity said he would. Service worked for what I needed but customer service has been awful. Got one Person to give me 100 dollar credit if I stayed for another money but that doesn't help the 590 much. STAY AWAY from this bad customer service!

Hi Akpilot94. I'm more than happy to review your account to see if there is anything that can be done in regards to your Early Termination Fees. However, our contracts do state if you relocate to a service address where Comcast services are not available, and you are not able to transfer your services, the ETF's will be billed.
