Trouble signing in

I just installed Xfinity Home in my phone and every time I try to log in it says “we are having some trouble logging you in. Try again.”

I tried several times and nothing and even removed the app and installed it again and still the same. What can I do?

Hi user_82626a, I'd be happy to assist you with gaining access to your app. Can you tell me if you've tried logging in through the online portal? If so, do you get the same error? Also, are you signing in using the primary username on the account?
