Sent emails not showing in sent folder

Hello, I've sent s few emails lately on my phone xfinity app but they are not appearing in my sent folder? Why?

I'd like to know the same thing! It started very recently. I thought I'd hit "delete" by accident, but this has happened several times now and I haven't changed anything or gotten any alerts to a change from Xfinity. VERYannoying!

I just experienced the same...responded to an email, but there is no record of the response. If I create an original email, it will show up in sent, but not responses. Anyone know how to adjust the app so all sent messages are documented?

Same problem. Last sent message showing in app is from 2 months ago. Hey Xfinity, are you going to respond?

I’m having the same problem! Does Comcast even care??? Incoming emails are not loading either.

Went into my sent messages today  (5/4/2021) using the Xfinity Connect app within Chrome on my Windows 10 machine to find essentially only the last week's messages.  Need help to find the older ones.  Other folders go much further back - Inbox has messages from 2017 for example.

For what it's worth, when I look on my phone in the Apple Mail app, I have the same messages showing.

I'm not seeing my recently Sent mail either.   The last ones I see are almost a month ago.
