Advanced security

Our advanced security keeps getting disabled.  It’s happened over a dozen times since 8:30 am. I message Comcast Ally but I’m not sure if she’s on duty this morning. I’ve rebooted my router and signed out of my xFi app but it keeps happening. I’m in Western PA. I called tech support, was transferred to security assurance and was hung up on. Thank you

From the xFi app go to “more” then to “my services” and move the toggle to disable.

I’m not sure. I only downloaded the xFi app when we got the new modem and added the advanced security.
