ESPN & TNT signal

The signal is terrible.  Digital scramble skips in and out intermittently. What can be done to resolve the issue?  Tried online refresh and box resart no luck..

do you mean the picture breaks up into blocky looking areas? If so, that is pixelation. TV channels come in on many different frequencies and pixelation is caused by low signal and/or high noise on that channel. tighten connectors and if not improved will need to call in for service so a tech can check the signal outside of the home., inside too, if necessary.

Here we go again!  Comcast is scrambling NEWSMAX on my one TV.  MY other TV is fine.  This proves that malware, or a bot has been installed in my smart TV. [EDIT: Violates Community Guidlines]   JAMMING, SCRAMBLING A SIGNAL IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW!   [EDIT: Violates Community Guidlines]

Not a conspiracy, just try rebooting the box since it is just on one TV. Also I believe Newsmax is not available on older non X1 boxes if you have one.

Those picture quality issues can be a real pain in the neck when you just want to relax and enjoy your show/movie/news, so I totally get where you're coming from. We don't instal malware or bots on any devices, but I promise I have your back on this issue. To get started I want to make sure we're on the same page. Are there any error messages or error codes on the screen when this happens? When you say scrambling, is the picture pixelated?
