Disney junior not working

My Disney junior channel out of no where says I don’t have access to this channel but when I go to the free for me guide it’s there and it should be in my subscription help!

Same here, I have a plan with 220 channels and Disney jr was always part of it, starting today it says it needs a subscription? [Edited: “Language”]

@ I know how frustrating it can be when you are expecting a programming channel and then it is no longer showing up correctly. I love my programming and Disney JR used to be a staple in my home so I know how important it is in a household with children. I would love to dig further into this with you. Can you please reach out through private message.

This will give you an empty "To:" line. Type in "Xfinity Support" and then FINALLY select it from the list.  With your first and last name, name on the account if different and service address and we will work to get to the bottom of this with you.

They removed Disney Jr and replaced it with Disney+ which you have to have a subscription to access.

Same here...real freaking fun for the Disney stuff to no longer be accessible or on demand when you have a 2 year old screaming for new Bluey Episodes. If you removed Disney from the ridiculously expensive package of way too many channels I'm done.

Hello and thank you for posting user_f83e93, unfortunately we don't have any say in what Disney chooses to provide free on demand. I know that they're wanting more subscribers to sign on for Disney+ which will allow you to watch all Disney and Pixar content free. If you'd like we can look into getting Disney+ added to your TV package today or you can add app by going to your app store on your portable device.

We are having the same issue! I have tried to add it and it says it is provided as one of our channels, yet when I go to it is says I need a subscription! We also have Disney+ and the current episodes are not available. I have Vampirina and Fancy Nancy freaks and they are upset!!! What can I do!?
