I no longer see caller ID on my TV. I did not change anything. It just stopped working. I have the alert set to "on" on both my TV boxes.

@ComcastAirelle It turned out that the new router I received from Comcast recently wasn't "provisioned" correctly and as a result, my landline no longer would go to voice mail nor would caller ID show up on my TV. The "provisioning" was done, and all seems to work OK now.
@JodieNJ Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that the modem wasn't provisioning properly initially, but I'm glad to hear that it was able to get reprovisioned and that everything is now working again!
