Can't Delete Account. "We're getting your account set up," for two years.
I am trying to delete an acount I never ended up using. Everytime I log into the account I get a message that says,
"Thanks for your purchase, Aaron! We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."
It has given me this same message for almost two years.
I am not able to access the account or the account settings so I am not able to delete the account. When I try to use the talk to an agent feature I get an error message.
How do I delete this account? Is there an email address I can use to contact xfinity?
