servers rejecting connection from Outlook

Since Wednesday March 3,  I have had nothing but problems connecting to my yahoo email via outlook. It's not a yahoo problem since I have no problem logging into yahoo through a browser window or my phone. The error I am getting is:

 

Task 'home-sending- reported error 0x800ccc0F the connnection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues contact your server admin or internet service provider. 

 

I have already unnstalled and reinstalled outlook. I get the same general error with Eudora mail

That error suggests either an AV or firewall problem with Outlook.  You can find some answers using Google search:

I've been having the exact same issue since early March.  I just haven't had time to deal with it and can still get to my yahoo mail through the browser.  my error code is the same except it ends in "e" instead of "f".
