lost emails

Got a warning I was at 95% of my email capacity. Next thing I know EVERY SINGLE ONE of my sent emails are GONE. TOTALLY GONE. Can't begin to tell you how upset I am. The folder things are still there (THANK GOODNESS !!) -- but every one of my sent emails is GONE off my desktop and my phone ! OMG, OMG, OMG.......... anyone know how to get them back ??? The Help Desk can't help.

Call Comcast security and ask them to look at the account.  They should be able to recover the missing messages------------------
