I have opted out of all options. Stop Sending Me Spam

Over two months ago I set all my Xfinity email preferences to off. But I still get weekly emails from Xfinity trying to sell me the mobile offering. I have tried to opt out at the end of the emails but it does not work. Can someone at Comcast figure out why it is not working

I had Opted Out of ALL advertising and Still get 1 advertising everyday. I have been trying for 3 months to get this corrected by xfinity support but still get email from Xfinity.

I have checked my options and yes all turned off OPT OUT TO ALL. what's up with this?

Good afternoon, @user_6bd0a4. I can imagine the frustration of still receiving the advertising emails. Especially after it sounds like you have opted out and followed all the correct steps. I'd love to further investigate to see what is going on. Can you send me a PM with your name and address?
