Email slow


the response time on all my email functions is super slow. What can I do?

My email 2/3 of the time won't even load! The 1/3 of the time that it does load it is VERY slow.

The email is SO LAGGY!  I have to wait for it to put in the characters while I am typing!

The webmail platform has nothing to do with how fast you can type on the website. That is more likely related to your computer. When is the last time you had your device maintenanced? checked for any new updates, cleaned out old files, ran virus/malware scans, etc.

The lagging characters when I type happens only on Xfinity email.

Typical response to a customer complaint.  Try to make it the customers fault when it certainly is not.
