For about five weeks Comcast has been blocking emails from one of my accounts. How can I fix this?

Additional information: The apparent blocking only occurs on one computer at a specific xfinity account - location. I installed the email account on another computer and another xfinity account and it works fine. It just will not work on a specific xfinity account.
