CANT RECEIVE EMAILS

I’m having an issue I’m not able to receive emails from a a certain company. They send the email to other email address I have and no issues. This is the only company I know I can’t receive emails from. I’ve checked my spam nothing is there. Anyone having this issue or know a resolution?

We have a dedicated team here and we will do all we can to help. Can you let us know if you are using any mail clients such as Outlook or are you using Comcast webmail? What type of email account are you using?

I am only using the Comcast connect app for email. My Comcast.net email address. I access it from my mobile phone. I’ve deleted the app re logged in and nothing comes up. I have even logged in to the website for my email and nothing populates in regards to the email that I was waiting for.
