Touchscreen will no longer enter Sleep Mode

The Xfinity touchscreen will no longer enter sleep mode after a recent update. How to I get this feature back?

Hello, @PLCMAN! Thanks for making time to post your question to the Xfinity Community Forum! I'm so sorry for the frustration your touchscreen must be causing by the backlight being on all the time. You are in the right place, though! We will get this figured out together. :)

This question may seem obvious, but by chance have you tried restarting the touchscreen by unplugging the device from the wall plate, waiting 30 seconds and plugging it back in?

Yes, it has been restarted (Unplug and Re-Plug)  numerous times.

After the update, does the home screen look like it did previously? If not, we may need to go through the set up process again.
