Home Touchscreen Wi-Fi

The wi-fi connectivity for my Home Touchscreen is not consistent. It is right next to my gateway. Sometimes when I test, it is connected just fine. Other times not. I’ve rebooted, tried to connect to new gateway, tested.

If so, we'll more than likely need to get a technician out to you to help pair the touchscreen to the new connection from the modem.
