Property Easement

I would like to get the TV utility easement on my property moved like 2 feet in order to pour concrete on the side of my house and it be out of the way in a soon to be high traffic area.  RV trailer and or other utility trailers getting backed in and out.

We are building a dry stack wall (not permanent) in our backyard. However, apparantly there is a Public Utilities easment and we need a variance or sign off from your company. Who can I speak to about this? I tried calling Customer Service and they were not helpful in any way.

Hello! My HOA is requiring a waiver stating that comcast has no problem with us placing a wrought iron fence on the utility easement. The fence will have multiple gates available to provide access to easement if necessary.

We already called 811 and our cables are marked. Our HOA is requiring written authorization from the utility company, Xfinity, stating that we are authorized to erect a wrought iron fence with gated access, enclosing the utility easement.

Hi @DirtheadTom ! Any easement that may exist on any property is always noted on the title report for that property. The title report is provided to the property owner at the time of the purchase by the title company. Please let me know if this helps or you have any other questions.

Hello there. I am writing because we have an existing cyclone fence on our property and we are going to extend it back to the edge of our property line. We checked with the City of Minnetonka, where we live, and this is approved. However, when I look up above my property line at the area where I will be installing the fence, there are utility lines directly overhead (about 20 feet above). Can I speak to some to understand if I can install my fence to the property line or if there is a certain amount of space I need to pull my fence back towards? Please note the fence does have a latching gate which will not be locked and thus utility companies like Xfinity will have access to into our property as necessary.

Hi Ryan, great question :) You can certainly go a head and install a fence as long as we have access to the pole there's no need to worry. We can also move the lines from the pole in question if you'd like just reach back out to me here for further assistance.

I'm planning on putting up a dry stack wall along the back fence.  However, in order to do this I need your distribution box moved.  It is currently sitting on 18 inches of silted soil and not lever with the original landscapinging. The wall is needed to address the silting issue. Help with this move would be greatly appreciated.
