Property Damage Claim

I need to speak with someone regarding a property damage claim. Comcast machinery used to bury a new cable line crushed a sprinkler box and pipe, causing damage to the sprinkler system that needed replacement. I have invoice as well as photographs documenting. Can you please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.

I, too, have filed a personal property damage claim (subcontractors got the torpedo stuck in the water main) and have yet to be contacted. Unfortunately, this damage does not only affect me, but has affected over 10 residents (4 of which experienced extensive, ongoing damage). Several parties, including the builders of the subdivision have attempted to reach out and are shut down. 

Please get me in contact with a manager and not a regular customer care representative, as that has been fruitless over the past few weeks. Thank you!
