Packet loss/latency issue
Over the last three month i have called and complained over this issue. i have had 4 technicians come the house, the last one actually took his time at the node and found some upstream issues and gave me the supervisor email. He supposedly logged a ticket to have the node replaced. I have yet to hear back from the supervisor after several emails. Please let me know what is needed as this not only affects my gaming but also my porductivity for work.
