Outside wiring

I need a tech and correctly wire the xfinity wire from the outside box to the splitter on wall outside living room window. Noticed that all this time the tech that came out to set up services just used electrical tape to connect 2 cable ends . And with this past freeze. It all started to get loose. Now my internet signal is really unstable.
