My bill just keeps going up



It is absolutely ridiculous that you charge more and more every month to provide just the basics.  Even through all the hardship everyone has experience, your concern is just making money on us all. 


I cannot afford this!If there is no plan available that can bring my bill charges down, I would like to just keep my wireless internet connection.


Please have a customer service person contact me, since contacting you is a major challenge.
