Houston,Tx Outage Credit

As most of you know we have been enduring an winter storm crisis with little to no power or water this entire week. Thank goodness the power was able to be restored along with the water, but now I’ve been waiting on internet and it’s going on two days. Whenever it does get restored, will I receive a credit for those days?

Thank you

Hello @BrandonJ and thank you for reaching out to us via our Forum. First off I want to say I hope you and your loved ones are doing ok with everything going on in your area due to this winter storm. Super happy to hear that you have power and water once again and we are working hard to restore service to your location. Going without service for so long would be scary and frustrating and if I was in your shoes I would be reaching out too! Trust me this is never the experience we want for you to have. Rest assured you have come to the correct place to make sure your account is adjusted for the interruption.

We have started a simplified interruption adjustment experience for all our customers who qualify.
To qualify for this adjustment please log into either our awesome website or our award-winning Xfinity App. Here is a link incase you need to download it.

With this two wonderful self-service option you can be able to tell us about the experience in the Xfinity Status Center. clicks the link, "Tell us more about your experience." A form will launch. You will then be able to review your submission and can add the adjustment to your account. Please let us know if you have any questions about this process. We are always happy to help.
