Help! I can't log into HBO Max. I've spent over 8 hrs on this topic. Xfinity sends me to HBO, says its not Xfinity. HBO denies and shows me that its Xfinity blocking me at the login, which is true. Error says I am trying to log in with secondary account. Thing is, I don't have a secondary user on my account. XFINITY employees have confirmed im using the primary account. Ive been told this has been escalated and yet have no emails or phone calls to follow up. Terrible customer service. I've done everything suggested online and spent countless hours. XFINITY just doesn't care about customers.

Ps I have two accounts and pay over $3K PER YEAR to Xfinity, yet they can't resolve a simple login issue with a premium account.
