Comcast made a mistake and dropped my tv service and now i cant get it back at the same price or what they promised

Back in august of 2020 i signed a 2 year contract that provided me with internet and tv for 138 dollars. it included 1 tv box for 7.50 and one free tv box. About  5 weeks ago i sent the extra tv box back by talking to comcast and getting a return authorization, because i didnt need it anymore.I was expecting to knock my bill down to 131 dollars. I came in home april 8th and my tv service was not working. The tv screen said call comcast. I called comcast and they said it showed i had canceled the tv service, i argue with them and told them i had not , they said it usually had a notation by your account stating who called to cancel the tv service but it didnt have that. Comcast didnt have a reason why it was canceled said it might have been a techinacal glitz. I said ok then turn me back on for the same package i had for 131 dollars.They said they didnt offer that package anymore and to get that package would be 144 dollars.I said all i wanted was the same package i had for a 131 dollars. I called back several times trying to get this resolved and was told supervisors would call me and they never did so finally around april 14th i talked with a lady that offered me a new customer package that was simalar to what i had but with a little faster internet and she talked to her supervisor and said they would give me cinemax and showtime free for a year and the price would be 138 dollars so i agreed to it .After i received my new tv box, i didnt have cinemax or showtime. I called them back and they said they dont offer that promotion. I said well that is why i agreed to the new package, what started out as a simple tv box return turned out to be a total nightmare. All i wanted was the same tv /internet package for 131 dollars. I have been on the phone with them for over 3 hours and still have not got what was promised. They say they record the phone calls, so when they offered me free cinemax and showtime should have been recorded. I have been with comcast since 1989 . They make me sign a 2 year contract and if i break it i get penalized but they can break thier end and nothing happens. Again al i wanted was what was promised
