Cancel service from another country

I am trying to cancel my service from Russia and when I try to char with an agent to do so, it says all the agents are busy, I tried doing so in the morning, noon, and evening to make sure it doesn't depend on the timezone. I really need to cancel it before the next billing cycle. What can I do? I cannot mail the cancellation request and I cannot call since I have a Russian number. Please advise.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
