Wrong service address & missing payments

Hi my grandma has an xfinity account and the address on file should’ve been <removed address>, when we spoke to representatives about this issue, they stated the addresses were changed and everything was fine. Now her bill is 216.80. She’s been paying for her service ever since January. We need someone to come out and look at the box
