MY INTERNET SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN WORKING PROPERLY FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS.

AND TO TOP IT OFF MY BILL HAS INCREASED. I AM NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THIS.

Please don't post in all capital letters.  It is considered shouting and is rude and against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

 

Usually when a bill has increased it means that a promotion you were on or your contract has expired.  The best way of finding where the increase is is by looking at your current statement and comparing it to your past statements.  Also, notices of increases are usually found on your billing statement a month or two before they occur.
