We were without power for two days. We have Xfinity for home security, cable, internet and mobile phone service. How do we get a credit.

Hello @877770335142681. We are not able to provide credits for service being offline due to lack of power within the home as your modem needs power in order to provide you with a connection. However, if you were without service even after power was restored, we can check if you'd be eligible for some credits!
