Outage credit

I was only able to get outage credit for two days. We’ve been out of all Xfinity services since 2/13. Now it doesn’t let me request credit for the rest of the days. As of today, 2/19, we are still without service.
How do I get credit for the rest of the outage days?

Good morning and thank you for taking time out of your day to reach out to us through our Communities Forum page today! I'm sorry to see that you experienced a loss of service recently due to the winter storm in your area. Living in the Pacific Northwest, we have been lucky so far this year to have had extreme weather, but no interruptions to our services! That said, we have about a month left, so fingers crossed!
