Bill went up unexpectdly

Probably a promotion ended after my first 2 years. Maybe there's a new promotion? I called the toll-free number, but the system refused to let me talk to an agent. The chat did not hellp, as when looking for account changes, a window popped up that never got beyond the 3-dot waiting symbol.

 

Not a good way to treat customers

I agree!  It would have been wise if they sent a notice through an email to give customers a 

heads-up.  I couldn't reach a live person on the phone either. 

This is poor customer service, at best.
