Being charged an early termination fee

I feel that being charged and ETF of $90 because I am moving to a no serviceable area is pretty ridiculous, specially when it is a forced move for family health reasons. Anyone else able to talk to someone and have this waved?

Hi, @Mason1720. Thanks for posting in the Xfinity Forum. I can definitely understand your frustrations behind the ETF charges. Based on the service agreement that you are in to have services at this address, if you aren't able to fulfill the length of the agreement, that is why you would be billed. I'm sorry to hear of your family member's health and hope that they get well soon. I can't make any promise that we will waive them because of your agreement. However, I would be happy to review your account to see if there is anything we can do to help.
